Welcome to Look n Look. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Look n Look mobile application ("App"), website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Look n Look, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
• If you are under 18, you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Look n Look is a location-based short video platform that allows users to:

• View short videos organized by geographic proximity to the user's current or selected location.
• Record and upload short-form video content using the in-app camera.
• Edit videos using built-in video and audio editing tools.
• Interact with other users' content through likes, comments, and shares.
• Discover content from any location by browsing or searching the map.

The Service may display advertisements, including a banner advertisement in the navigation area of the App.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. We offer authentication through third-party social login providers, including:

• Google Sign-In
• Facebook Login

By using social login, you authorize us to access certain information from your social media account as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Look n Look ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Look n Look a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Contain sexually explicit material involving minors.
• Promote violence, discrimination, or hatred against any individual or group.
• Contain malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Violate the privacy of others by sharing personal information without consent.
• Constitute spam, unsolicited advertising, or deceptive content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4.3 Content Moderation

Look n Look reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content standards.

5. Location Services

Look n Look uses location data to provide its core functionality. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The App collects your device's geographic location to curate your video feed.
• Videos you upload may be tagged with the location where they were recorded.
• Other users may see the approximate location associated with your videos.
• You can manage location permissions through your device settings at any time.

Disabling location services may limit the functionality of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Look n Look and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Look n Look name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Look n Look. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. By using the Service, you agree that:

• Look n Look may display banner advertisements, including in the top navigation area of the App.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
• Your interaction with any advertiser is between you and the advertiser; Look n Look is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such interaction.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or collect data from the Service.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Bypass any measures we implement to restrict access to the Service.
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes.
• Harvest or collect user information without authorization.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, chain letters, or phishing schemes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may also delete your account at any time by following the instructions on our Delete Account page.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• That the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• That the quality of any content obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Look n Look, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Look n Look and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any User Content you submit, post, or share through the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
